Our company seeks to employ a Financial / Costing Analyst to join our Finance Department, to assist us with daily, monthly & yearly reporting activities and help us effectively implement our costing methodologies, ensuring the best possible outcome. The ideal candidate should also be in the position to standardize offerings and draft commercial terms for the client contracts.

The position reports to the Finance Director.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze financial data
  • Determine and forecast project costs and investigate variances with actual costs
  • When necessary, offer analytical support for departmental projects
  • Contribute to developing yearly operation plans, budgets, and estimating new product costs, including economic analysis
  • Prepare detailed reports, both periodically and ad-hoc
  • Help management make important decisions based on costs and benefits (e.g. investments, market growth, pricing changes)
  • Create and manage project budgets, and monitor project spending
  • Monitor changes in processes or methods to calculate effects on overall costs
  • Estimate product costs for existing and new offerings
  • Forecast and analyze costs of processes, labor and inventory
  • Suggest cost-reducing or profitable solutions

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, statistics, or business administration.
  • 3-5 years of previous professional experience.
  • Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek & English.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft tools and especially Excel.

  • Very good written and verbal skills (Greek & English)
