We are looking for a highly skilled, results-oriented Project Manager to provide overall leadership and management for the creation our new Project Management Office. This position will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and work closely with our Division Directors, our Relationship and Offering managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective project management is applied to all Neurosoft’s projects at all stages of the project lifecycle
  • Ensure projects meet schedule and financial objectives
  • Direct the activities of the Project Management Unit and propose how team resources should be allocated across projects.
  • Coordinate with Senior Management to create processes and systems to ensure effective project management and implementation across the organization
  • Coach and assist relationship / offering managers in understanding and executing the project lifecycle
  • Provide operational and strategic support or coaching to project management, assembly teams, and engineering to develop the necessary quality gates for successful project execution
  • Meet with project teams to identify and mitigate risks and leverage opportunities
  • Prepare for and participate in monthly Project Review meetings
  • Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget
  • Prepare for Customer Steering Committee Meetings with the Project Team and participate in these meetings
  • Obtain customer acceptance of project deliverables
  • Conduct post project evaluation and lessons learned with the project teams

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business or Management or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management or similar
  • 7+ years of proven success as Project Manager in a relevant industry
  • Excellent ability to lead project teams of various sizes and lead them through to completion
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong practical experience with Microsoft Office
  • Expert application of PM techniques and methodology
  • Relevant PM accreditation will be considered as an asset
  • Budget management experience required
  • Outstanding organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work under field conditions.
  • Work ethically, with integrity, maintain confidentiality of information and use information appropriately
