ISO 45001:2018 – Occupational Health & Safety Policy


NEUROSOFT SA is a fully integrated ICT company with Software Development, System Integration and Information Security capabilities and has an international orientation, offering its products and services in SEE and MENA with a team of more than 200 competent and highly skilled employees.

In NEUROSOFT SA we conceive of Occupational Health and Safety as one of the basic pillars and a driving force for achieving our goals. To this end, Neurosoft’s Management Team has established an Occupational Health and Safety Management System as per ISO 45001:2018 standard that:

  • governs all professional activities and relationships with interested parties,
  • has assigned responsibilities deriving from the OHS Management System to all involved parties and
  • ensures the coordination of related activities to the Management.

By establishing the OHS Policy, NEUROSOFT SA administration is committed to ensure that:

  • Our services and products are designed, developed, released, and operated following established methodologies and are continuously improved along with our internal processes, to facilitate compliance with standards, best practices and regulations, minimize deviations and non-conformities, reduce bureaucracy and simplify and accelerate services and product delivery, providing, at the same time, safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of work-related injury and ill health.
  • All workers join consultation and participation activities.
  • The requirements and expectations of interested parties are identified, assessed and regularly monitored and corrective actions are taken to address them.
  • All our activities comply with legislative, regulatory, contractual, and other requirements.
  • Customer satisfaction and OHS performance is measured along with regular feedback from customers and any complaints are discussed and addressed.
  • Risks and opportunities are identified and effectively managed, continuously aiming at to eliminate hazards and reduce OH&S risks, keeping, also, this OHS policy appropriate to our purpose, size and context and to the specific nature of its OH&S risks and OH&S opportunities.
  • The necessary resources to safely deliver products and services are always available, including the availability of the human capital.
  • Employees have the necessary competencies and knowledge that is required to perform their duties, fostering continuous training and education.
  • Our key suppliers and subcontractors meet the project’s requirements and are regularly monitored and evaluated.
  • Regular audits are performed to assess compliance with the corporate policies and procedures.
  • The continuous training and education of personnel, as well as their encouragement for active participation on an individual and team level in their area of operation, to ensure the improvement of the Occupational Health and Safety System.
  • Safe and healthy working conditions are provided, ensuring protection against injuries and health impairments.
  • All necessary measures are taken to minimize risks and reduce hazards related to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).
  • The health and safety of employees, partners, the local community, and the public are safeguarded, along with the prevention of accidents, work-related injuries, and occupational illnesses.

The OHS Policy is implemented in all facilities of NEUROSOFT SA and in any place where work is carried out within the framework of the projects it undertakes. Emphasis is placed on compliance with this policy in work carried out within its permanent facilities and for safe travel to the workplace. This policy must be adhered to by employees and external partners (consultants, suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors) of NEUROSOFT SA), as a prerequisite for long-term cooperation.

The OHS policy is available to inform staff, customers, suppliers, and all interested parties and is reviewed at scheduled intervals.
