OPAP S.A. in total holds 67.72 % stake in the company.

The Company is organised under the laws of Greece. The rights of the Company’s shareholders are governed by its articles of association and by Greek corporate law. These rights may differ in some respects from the rights of shareholders in companies organised in jurisdictions other than Greece. In addition, it may be difficult for investors to enforce securities laws of other jurisdictions or to prevail in a claim against the Company based on those laws.

There are no other exchange or trading platforms to which the Shares of the Company (or other securities of the Company) are or will be.

According to the Articles of Association of the company, as “significant shareholder” is considered whoever holds a stake equal to or more than 3% of the company’s share capital. “Substantial Change” is considered the reaching or exceeding of this threshold of 3% and all subsequent changes (increase or decrease) by 1%, as well as any decrease below the 3% threshold. Such change must be communicated without delay to the company by the Shareholders concerned. In accordance with article 7 of the Articles of Association of the company, each shareholder who is subject to such change must notify without any delay the company on the nature and the amount / price of the specific change on its participation to the company’s share capital as well on the date on which this shareholder performed such purchase or sale of shares which resulted in a substantial change under the understandings set above (3% of the threshold or subsequent increase/ decrease of a minimum 1% of the share capital).
