1994
Neurosoft is founded by a team of PhD software developers as a bespoke software development house. The company focuses on delivering high-end, tailored solutions and building strong technical foundations. This is the beginning of an innovation-driven journey.
1999
A new chapter begins with the launch of Systems Integration activities. The offering focuses on delivering large-scale solutions to the Public Sector in Greece and Cyprus. This shift expands Neurosoft’s technical scope and market reach.
2002
Management executes a 51% buyout from Marfin Group, securing operational independence. The company sharpens its focus on banking, gaming and telco service providers. This period lays the strategic foundations for sector specialization.
2007
The establishment of the Cypriot subsidiary marks a strong entry into the SEE region. Expansion continues with subsidiaries in Albania, Romania, Serbia and Bulgaria. This strategic move broadens Neurosoft’s regional footprint and strengthens its cross-border presence
2009
Neurosoft is listed on Euronext Growth in Milan. During the IPO, OPAP acquires 30% and IGT obtains a 16% stake. This infusion of capital accelerates access to resources and fuels further expansion.
2013
The company launches its cybersecurity pillar, offering high-end solutions and managed operations. Both offensive and defensive cybersecurity services are introduced, establishing a new strategic direction. This marks Neurosoft’s evolution into a security-driven technology provider.
2017
OPAP increases its participation to 68%, reinforcing its role as the major shareholder. This partnership supports further strategic investments and modernization, strengthening Neurosoft’s financial stability and long-term governance.
2018
The Angel service is introduced as a joint cybersecurity initiative with Navarino. It provides advanced protection for vessels’ business, IoT and crew networks. Angel enhances Neurosoft’s footprint in maritime cybersecurity.
2020
Neutrify emerges as the brand identity for Neurosoft’s defensive cybersecurity services. Powered by a 24/7/365 SOC, it delivers end-to-end protection across IT and OT environments. This branding strengthens market clarity and positions Neutrify as a core offering.
2021
Neurosoft completes the spin-off and sale of its fintech business unit, TensorFin, to Qualco. This coincides with the cessation of legacy software development activities. The company refocuses its portfolio toward managed and cybersecurity services.
