Anti-bribery Policy
NEUROSOFT S.A. is committed to conducting business with integrity, transparency, and ethical responsibility. We maintain a strict zero‑tolerance approach to bribery and corruption in any form, including active or passive bribery, direct or indirect bribery, bribery through third parties, and bribery involving public or private sector individuals. Offering, giving, requesting, or accepting anything of value to improperly influence decisions is strictly prohibited. Facilitation payments are not permitted under any circumstances.
We conduct all business activities fairly, honestly, and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internationally recognized standards, including ISO 37001 – Anti‑Bribery Management System. Gifts, hospitality, donations, and sponsorships must be managed responsibly and never used to obtain improper advantage.
This Policy applies to all employees, management, contractors, suppliers, partners, and third parties acting on behalf of Neurosoft. We expect all business associates to uphold standards consistent with our anti‑bribery principles.
Neurosoft aims to prevent, detect, and address bribery risks, promote a culture of integrity, apply a risk‑based approach, conduct due diligence on relevant third parties, and continuously improve the effectiveness of its Anti‑Bribery Management System (ABMS). We identify, manage, and prohibit conflicts of interest that may compromise ethical conduct.
Top management demonstrates leadership and commitment by ensuring adequate resources, promoting ethical behavior, and supporting safe and confidential reporting channels. All employees must comply with this Policy, act with integrity, complete required training, and report concerns promptly.
Neurosoft encourages employees and stakeholders to raise concerns regarding suspected bribery or unethical conduct. Reports are handled confidentially, investigated appropriately, and no retaliation is tolerated against individuals who report in good faith.
Neurosoft operates an ABMS aligned with ISO 37001 and regularly evaluates its effectiveness through audits, reviews, and assessments. Violations of this Policy may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment or business relationships.
We are committed to continuous improvement through training, risk assessments, corrective actions, and regular reviews. Effective communication ensures that our anti‑bribery principles are understood across the organization and by external stakeholders. This Policy is publicly available and supported by appropriate documentation and controlled records.
