SNFCC: As a proof of trust, the co-operation expands!

Following a competitive RFP process issued by SNFCC, Neurosoft has been awarded a 5 year contract for the provision of a full ICT Operator Service. The new agreement seals the impeccable cooperation and  business continuation of the parties that commenced on May 2014 with the procurement, installation, integration, commissioning, testing and handover of an integrated ICT system.

The spectrum of the services currently offered covers the support and operation of IT and Telecom infrastructure (Data Network System, IP Telephony, Wireless LAN, Servers/Storage, Infokiosks, Thin Clients, Library RFID, IPTV, Private Mobile Radio System) and the provision of the necessary software tools. The Operator Services will be categorized in three levels and will cover fully a comprehensive range of ICT support services, from trivial everyday operational support to specialized data center support services that require deep knowledge and hands on experience.
