Neurosoft’s Field Services Operations department handles on a monthly basis more than 8.000 corrective maintenance tickets / visits, 1.000 preventive maintenance tickets / visits, and 500 new equipment installation visits across the country.
We ensure the best possible result due to 3 key factors:
- Immediate response: We undertake fault investigation, corrective maintenance and replacement of faulty equipment while also carrying out preventive maintenance of our customers’ equipment. Our response time is from 4 to 24 hours nationwide, depending on the customer’s requirements.
- High level of expertise: Neurosoft’s technical support team consists of a network of 250 professionals with years of experience in equipment maintenance and installation. We guarantee the successful completion of any installation and the resolution of any issue, regardless of complexity or difficulty.
- Support points: We have technical presence throughout Greece, based on which we cover the entire territory.
An important role in the efficient provision of our services is based on the Lab & Repair Center infrastructure we have, through which we carry out equipment repairs directly (without the involvement of the manufacturer) or tests to confirm and control good operation and initial configuration (staging), depending on the requirements of customers. There is also a Supply Chain department that supports secure storage at our own and third-party warehouses as well as the timely movement of materials and spare parts to seamlessly provide any field work nationwide.
