At the 3rd Cyber Security Forum in Athens, our CEO, Nodas Paschalidis, joined the panel “Rethinking Leadership in the Age of Cyber Disruptions,” alongside Constantinos Gavardinas, Partner, CIO Advisory & Cyber Resilience at KPMG in Greece. The discussion was chaired by Virginia Kokiou.

One key takeaway stood out: as AI accelerates the pace and scale of cyber threats, organizations must be equally prepared to respond.

That means empowering SecOps teams to act decisively, treating frameworks such as NIS2 and DORA as drivers of operational resilience, and regularly testing response capabilities through tabletop exercises and ransomware simulations.

Because being secure isn’t just about having the right tools. It’s about knowing your people, processes and response plans will work when it matters most.
